Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Leemen account and all the data we hold for it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Leemen.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

Deleting your Leemen account does not touch your Telegram account — it only removes the separate data Leemen stores for you. You can keep using Telegram normally.

No app needed. Sign in with the Telegram account linked to Leemen, then confirm — your account is erased immediately.

Or ask us by email

You can also email support@leemen.app from the email linked to your account (or tell us your Telegram username / ID) and ask us to delete it. We verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account record (Telegram account ID, email if any, privacy settings).
Your encrypted sync data — your private settings and content.
Your registered devices.
Your subscription/entitlement and promo-redemption records.
Your security-audit entries and your product-analytics footprint.

What may remain

Aggregate counters with no link to you (e.g. the total number of clicks on a campaign link) — these carry no identifier once your data is gone.
Store-side billing records held by your app store or payment provider, which are outside Leemen and subject to their own policies and legal retention.

A note on your session

After deletion, sign out and remove the app, or simply don’t sign in again. If you sign in once more with the same Telegram account, a brand-new, empty Leemen account is created.
